How to use the Valhalla portal

The situation

You received the access link and signed in at app.florentinpurcea.com. No password: you type your email, you get a link (by email and, if we have the number, on WhatsApp), you tap, you are in. Now: what is where?

The portal has five destinations. On desktop they sit on the left; on the phone, in the bottom bar: Home · Improve · Session · Valhalla · Account.

Home

The page you open on Monday. It is a story in five parts, top to bottom:

1. Needs you — the only place where you have something to do. Every row has a button: Approve, Confirm the date, Confirm delivery, Connect, Reconnect. When empty it reads: "Nothing needs you. Everything requiring attention has been reviewed — Valhalla keeps scanning."
2. Right now — the session in progress: its number in the month, title, goal, stage (Planning → Working → Testing → Delivered) and the hours, quietly ("4 / 10 hours"). If nothing is active, you see Next session with the proposed date and the buttons Confirm the date / Another time.
3. Next — what comes after the current session.
4. This month — four slots (Session 1–4) with each one's state and, under them, the ribbon Last week → This week → Next week.
5. Valhalla found and Latest result — how many recommendations wait for your decision and the last measured "before → after".

Improve

This is where you decide. Five tabs:

• Needs your approval — the new cards, with Approve / Ask Valhalla / Not now.
• Recommended — the Opportunity Map: a summary written by Valhalla from your data and checked by Florentin, then three groups: What is broken, What is missing, What is worth doing. It prints as a PDF.
• Approved — the "Next up" list, with order and dates; you can move items.
• Not now — what you parked, with "Bring back".
• Your requests — what you asked for, with its state (Valhalla is scoping it → Became a recommendation).

The Request something button opens the assistant, where you write freely what you want.

Sessions

The same hero session as on Home, the month in four slots, then two lists: Upcoming (with Confirm on proposed ones) and Delivered. Every session has its own page: Goal, Why this week, What we're doing, Deliverables and Live progress — the log that updates while Florentin works.

Results

Your business as a system. Business map (health by area, when it was scanned), Your months (monthly recaps), Measured (before → after, with the window in days), Everything we changed (delivered sessions, by month) and Valhalla's last scan. The "Re-scan" button starts a new scan — at most one every 6 hours; it runs daily on its own anyway.

Account

Connected systems (Google, Meta, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads — read-only, revocable), Business & goals, the pre-approved lane "You decide", Plan, Team, Something broken? (the emergency button), On your phone and Your data (full JSON export).

On the phone, notifications, ⌘K

• App: in Account the "On your phone" card appears when the browser allows installation; on iPhone: Share → Add to Home Screen. The portal also has an offline page — the queue stays on the server, nothing is lost.
• The bell in the top bar counts only what is "Action required"; the panel shows three sections: Action required, Updates, Info.
• The Monday digest: every week you get a notification (and, if we have the number, a WhatsApp message) — "Your week: 1 shipped · 2 await your decision · 3/4 sessions left".
• ⌘K (or the Valhalla button) opens the assistant and search at any time.
