Every pass-through cost shows in the portal with a receipt. Nothing is bought on your behalf without approval above the threshold.
Universal is run by one operator, so the number of active clients is limited.
Questions
What is "one session"?
A focused 10-hour block with one clear objective, deliverables and validation. You get 4 a month, one a week, one active at a time. What does not fit is split honestly into "part 2", never silently overrun.
Can I approve 30 things at once?
Yes. Approval puts them in the queue in their computed place; capacity is visible (used / left). Nothing is lost, nothing is falsely promised.
What happens when something breaks?
You press "Something is broken". Validated emergencies suspend the current session and start a short one; then I resume exactly where I left off. Everything is logged.
Is there a minimum term?
Monthly, 30-day cancellation. For large builds (over one month of capacity) — 6 months minimum, so it is fair for both of us.
Do I pay before seeing anything?
Yes — the Opportunity Map arrives within 48 hours of the first paid month. Valhalla Pulse, the public scan of your website, stays free.
What is not included?
Media budget, licences, paid APIs and on-site production — at cost, transparent, with a receipt in the portal and approval above the threshold.
