Can I watch the work in real time?

Yes. The active session page has "Live progress" — the log refreshes on its own, and in the bottom bar the dot next to "Session" pulses while it is in progress.

How to see what was delivered

The situation

It is Friday. The week's session was delivered Thursday evening and "Needs you" reads Confirm delivery · Conversion tracking on mobile. You want to see exactly what was done before you press.

The page of a delivered session

When a session is delivered, its page turns into a recap:

The cover — Session N of 4, the title, "Delivered" with date and time, and the ten segments filled (10 hours).
This week we improved — the ticked deliverables, in business language.
Impact measurement — if the result is already measured, you see it as "before → after". If not: "Pending · Valhalla reads the data on [date] (14 days after delivery)."
Confirm delivery — the main button, plus "Something's off".
What we checked — Florentin's validation checklist and the deliverables, with ticks.
Valhalla recommends next — the card of the next recommendation linked to this one.

Confirming delivery

Open the session (from Needs you, Sessions › Delivered or a notification).
Check the deliverables and, where relevant, your site.
Press ✓ Confirm delivery. The session becomes "Done · measuring result" and the measurement window starts.
If something is wrong, press Something's off, write what, Send to Florentin. He gets an urgent email and looks before measuring starts.

If you do not respond, the portal is transparent: "If we don't hear from you by [5 working days], we'll mark it delivered and start measuring." Nothing stays blocked by a forgotten confirmation.

The history, in two places

Sessions › Delivered — the last 12 delivered sessions, with date and result on one line. Each opens its recap.

Results › Everything we changed — the full history, grouped by month, each session with date and result. Next to it, Measured lists only the sessions with a closed "before → after", with the percentage delta and the window in days. And Your months opens each month's recap: sessions, hours, improvements, emergencies resolved, what changed per area, what was measured — with a Print / PDF button.

The live log

You do not have to wait for delivery to see what is being worked on. On the active session's page, Live progress shows the log in sentences ("Work started", "Working", "Testing", Florentin's notes) and refreshes itself while the session is in progress. The current stage sits in the stepper: Planning → Working → Testing → Delivered.

Exporting your data

Everything that is yours is downloadable at any time, without asking anyone:

Open Account › Your data.
Press Download everything (JSON).
You get one file with your recommendations, sessions (with log, deliverables, validation), discussions and requests.

It is not a "pretty" export — it is a complete one. For a readable version, use the month's recap and Print / PDF.
